Accurate Displacement Measurement on Various Materials
The sensors can accurately detect various target materials including black/white paper, stainless steel, rubber, PCB, etc. The regular reflective type allows stable measurements on reflective and transparent materials.
Easy Configuration with Movement Average, Differential, and Median Filters
Movement average, differential, and median filters allow for accurate and stable correction in measurement values in the event of sudden changes from mechanical noise or other variables.
Various Calculation Functions
Supports various calculation functions (OFF, ADD-AB, SUB-AB, AVG)
– OFF: independent measurement (calculation function not used)
– ADD-AB: Adds the measured values from sensor heads A/B (used to measure thickness)
– SUB-AB: Subtracts the measured values from sensor heads A/B (used to measure level difference/ disparity)
– AVG: averages the measured values from all connected sensor heads (used to measure evenness)
– Cannot use more than 2 calculation functions with interconnected sensor amplifier units
Capable of Measuring up to 1 m
The BD-600 model is capable of measuring up to 1 m suitable for in harsh environment including high temperatures, and also features easy measurement of width and step of thick steel plates.
Maximum Resolution of 1 ㎛
Laser displacement sensors feature a maximum resolution of 1 ㎛ (BD-030) for stable and precise measurements.
The BD-300 model features resolution of 20 ㎛
Interconnection of Sensor Amplifier Units and Mutual Interference Prevention
Up to 8 sensor amplifier units can be interconnected. The channels for the amplifier units are automatically sorted when connected together. (Each sensor amplifier unit requires independent power supply)
Brackets Different Installation Angles (Regular Reflective Type)
Dedicated brackets are provided for each model for accurate resolution. The regular reflective type that requires installation at a specific angle by tilting the sensor head provides convenience with dedicated brackets by installation angles.
Dedicated Software ‘atDisplacement’
Dedicated software ‘atDisplacement’ offers user-friendly interface with live data, life graphs and wave graphs for easy monitoring of various measurement values in real-time. Set values can be immediately checked during the setting.
