(2) The mechanical latching block must not be powered up at the same time as the contactor.
The duration of the control signal for the mechanical latching block and the contactor should be:
≥ 100 ms for contactor operating on a.c. supply
≥ 250 ms for contactor operating on d.c. supply
(3) Clipping-on makes the electrical connection – overall size of the contactor remains unchanged
(4) Mounting at the top of the contactor on coil terminals A1 and A2
